Entering asks for your camera & mic — you can decline and just walk around. Everyone in the call, including guests, can hear the conversation. Ash responds only to verified ARK employees; guest microphones are not sent to his speech recognition. He can see shared cameras and the game world. Employee speech and Ash’s replies are saved in the team’s shared memory. His AI services process this speech, shared camera images and occasional game views, and may retain submitted data according to their settings.
